Please carefully read product description/specifications and if any details are unclear, please post questions or contact us for answers before placing order. Try to have an accurate visualization of product specifications. And discuss carefully with your spouse or the person you want to give him/her a gift to make sure they also accept our products.
Our products are heavy, high shipping cost. Returning heavy items may result in products being damaged or packagings torn in transit due to careless shipping staffs or buyers re-pack improperly. We may charge re-stocking fee if we get products which are no longer intact. So, you should to avoid returns that may cause damage to both of us.
Please be responsible for your purchase. Some customers want to return products because products are heavy – although we have clearly stated product weight. Some customers want to return products because they are not 100% sturdy although we clearly stated that: “Sturdy” means 93% wobble is removed. Not 100% stable”. If you cannot accept “sturdiness” with only 7% wobble, but requires 0% wobble, please look for another products. Don’t buy our products just to “try” then return and ask us to bear the shipping cost for your returns.
We have never asserted that our products are absolute sturdy (0% wobble). Even military pull up bars which are buried in the ground and anchored at 4 corners with 4 steel wires still cannot achieve 0% wobble. Meanwhile, our products are portable assembled type. However, we can confidently affirm that our products are one of the sturdiest self-standing pull up bars in the market compared to similar products. Many Professional Calisthenics / Street workout Athletes have confirmed this because they have tried a variety of pull up bars (they are always looking for the one that best meets their workout needs). Some customers want to return products because “bought by mistake”, “no longer need” … but did not want to pay shipping cost for return or bear restocking fee. They asked us for prepaid return label and when we charged “restocking fee” for damaged/used products they got angry.
We got some 1-star reviews on Amazon from buyers who want to take revenge on us for being charged restocking fee on damaged returned products
How do you rate their actions? Are they good people? For us, they are very selfish. They are all adults and conscious, but they don’t want to be responsible for their decisions and actions. If that’s their mistake or subjective wanting, why do they ask us to bear high two-ways shipping cost – more than 200 USD (to deliver products to them, and to get products back) – and also want to get full refund without re-stocking fee?
So, if possible, please don’t do things that hurt others. I beg you. Be a responsible buyer. God is always watching over us. Don’t do selfish and cruel things that go against God’s commandments
Be kind, and do good deeds from the smallest and simplest things – like purchasing. God will bless you and your family. Please treat us – the seller – lovingly and fairly so that our transaction is good and both sides are happy.
Below is our return policy:
1. If you receive product that is REALLY not as described, we will full refund you and the shipping cost for return will be borne by us.
2. If product is defective or damaged, please send us video(s) or images to inspect. we will send you replacement part(s) free or refund without needing return. If you still want to return product, it’s your subjective decision. Read article 3 below
3. If you want to return the product(s) due to your subjective decision (for example, you did not carefully read product description when shopping and feel product is not suitable for you, or your spouse does not agree with your purchase…):

* We will inspect returned item(s) and refund you according to the condition of item(s)
